Bookings: To ensure we are able to fulfil your request, booking in advance is highly recommended. Bookings can be made by the following methods only:
On-line at www.megeve-ski.com for group lessons only
By fax or by post for all lessons
Your bookings must reach us at least 15 days before the beginning of the lessons with the total payment in order for them to be confirmed.
No bookings over the phone.
Confirmation: We do not address mail of confirmation. On the other hand, it is significant to leave us a phone number to be able to reach you if your booking form is incomplete. Any incomplete booking form without a phone number will remain untreated.
Rates: Tuition does not include lift tickets, ski equipment or insurance. Consequently, the pupil will have to provide himself beforehand with a pass to access the ski lifts and with a standard insurance “Carte Neige” or “Carré Neige”.
Proof of age might be requested.
Refunds: any cancellation must be notified in writing:
Collective lessons: the full amount of your reservation will be refunded if the cancellation takes place at least 2 days before the beginning of the courses. No refund will be made once the lessons have started.
Private lessons: the full amount of your reservation will be refunded if the cancellation takes place at least 15 days before the beginning of the courses.
If the cancellation takes place less than 5 days before the beginning of the course, an amount corresponding to the hours of the 1st day will be retained.
There are no refunds or replacement lessons if the pupil misses a class.
ESF cannot be held responsible for: weather conditions, ski-lifts breakdowns or other incidents outside of our control.
